How will I receive my digital files?
If you have chosen package A or B and have made your selection, I will send you an email with your hi-res digital images:) If you bought all of your digital files in Package C, then you will be able to download them directly from your online gallery.
Can I order prints?
Yes! You can order standard sizes through your online gallery of any images you wish to print. If you would like anything larger, possibly a canvas, contact me and I will send you over my pricing guide.
Where do you print my photos/holiday cards?
All of my printing goes through ProDpi, a lab for professionals only. All holiday cards are printed on smooth-matte premium paper. All images are printed on Fuji Lustre paper.
What should me and my family wear?
What feel are you and your family going for? Elegant and classic? Then maybe slacks, dresses and heels are appropriate for your desired look. Or maybe your family is more comfortable in jeans and a T-shirt. Also, take into consideration the location you have chosen and what you feel might look good against the red door, or the warm sunlit forest.
I don’t think 20 minutes is enough time to capture my family, can I add more time?
Yes! It is an add-on and can be found on my Mini Session Add On sheet. Also note that with additional time, comes an additional 30-50 images;)
How do you design my Christmas card? Can I pick the design?
Yes! Please look at these christmas card designs to see what we have to offer. Once your selection is made and your images are picked out, I will put them together and have them to you ASAP! Please note that prices reflect FLAT holiday cards. If you wish to have a folding holiday card, an additional $25.00 will need to be added to your order.
